My name is Allison Trago

Allison Trago, MS, CSCS, EP-C—Strength & Conditioning coach and founder of Peake Combine Performance. For more than 20 years, I’ve coached athletes across elite sport and tactical populations, including Navy SEALs, SWCC, and Special Operations, as well as the Norfolk Admirals, Hampton Roads Whalers, and Hickory Track & Field. My work is built on precision and efficiency: objective testing, targeted training, and intelligent progressions that improve speed, power, change of direction, and durability when it matters most.
